Newsgroups: rec.humor.funny From: amf@dolphin.upenn.edu (Andrea Fairbank-Biffle) Subject: job hunting Keywords: smirk, computers Date: Fri, 16 Aug 96 19:30:03 EDT A few years back while completeing my undergraduate degree I needed a little extra income so I set out to find a part time job. I applied to several places with no luck. The local Radio Shack had a "Help Wanted" sign in the window so I gave it a shot. After filling out an application, the manager began talking to me, "So do you know anything about computers?" He asked me. "Well, I know enough not to buy a Radio Shack computer," was my reply. Needless to say my search for part time work did not end there. -- Selected by Jim Griffith. MAIL your joke to funny@clari.net. This newsgroup is sponsored by ClariNet Communications Corp.
